Deposit and Cancellation Policy: All Holiday reservations are to be paid in full & are non-refundable. All other reservations require a 2 night minimum deposit or 50% of full amount; which ever is greater. All seasonal deposits are Non-Refundable from the day they are received. All rental unit deposits are Non-Refundable from the day they are received. 21 days or more notice is required in order to receive full credit for current or following camping season or a refund less $50 administration fee. Reservations that are cancelled with less than 21 days notice will receive no refund or credit.
